    Securing our services for your event, requires a signed contract and paid deposit of 50% of the total cost of services. Booking us 30 days or less prior to your event date, will require full payment of services at the time of booking.
    Deposits paid will be deducted from the total cost of services. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event date. All payments must be made in US Funds via cash or credit card. There is a 2.75% processing fee for all credit card payments. We do not accept checks.
    We do not have a minimum number of people needed for us to provide our services for your event. We will gladly provide our services for less than 3 people, however the cost is a little higher.
  • ADDITIONAL ARTISTS – A $100.00 fee per artist will apply when your event requires more than 2 artists.
    A makeup or hair preview is scheduled for 2 hours. A makeup and hair preview is scheduled for 2 1/2 hours. Due to our busy schedules we can not exceed those times. An overtime fee of $30.00 per 1/2 hour will apply for exceeding the scheduled time but is limited to 30 minutes. If your preview appointment have not been completed within that 30 minute overtime period, we will cancel your preview appointment and you will have to reschedule with payment. To help us stay on time during your preview, we highly recommend that you know what look you want before your appointment. We ask that you search for photos that show the look you are going for and have those photos available at your preview. If your decision of how you want to look is based on another person’s opinion, we recommend you discuss the look with them before your appointment. There will not be time to do so during your preview appointment.
    No travel fees will apply if your get ready location is less than 31 miles from our address. A fee of $38.00 will be added to your payment if your get ready location is between 31 and 36 miles from our location. A fee of $0.60 per mile round trip will be added to your payment if your get ready location is between 37 and 300 miles from our location. Locations over 300 miles requires the client to pay for our airfare or rental car and hotel accommodations, in addition to payment for our services.
    A parking fee will be added to your cost of services if your get ready location charges for parking.
    For contract services, we have a 72 hour cancellation policy. We will provide a refund only when you cancel the contract or event within 72 hours from signing a contract with us.  After the 72 hour grace period has ended and you cancel your event or contract, Dina Marie Makeup, LLC will retain all payments made to us prior to your cancellation.
    Once we have rendered our services, no refunds will be given. No exceptions. If you are not satisfied with the results of our services, before your appointment has ended, please let us know immediately so that we can make all the necessary changes or adjustments to ensure your satisfaction.
